Mark Frisse, MD
Professor and Director of Regional Informatics, Vanderbilt University

"The Connecting for Health Common Framework policy documents provided us with some of the essential tools that we needed to create a data exchange in Memphis that connects every major health care provider in the region. Confidentiality of medical information is paramount. We believe we saved hundreds and thousands of dollars using the Model Contract for Health Information Exchange as a basis for our own work."
